  • Nick's Royal Parks Half Marathon

Our own Nick is running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on November 12th. Nick will be raising money for the Alzheimer’ Society to help fight against dementia and to raise awareness to support people who suffer from dementia.

Nick agreed to present a Disney presentation dressed as a Disney princess of your choice if he reached his fundraising target.

Of course we would not let this happen without the necessary photographs.

Would you help Nick to reach his target for the Alzheimer’s Society?  Any donation is highly appreciated and warmly welcomed for this incredible charity.

Please use the following link to donate for Nick’s Half marathon fundraising and please do leave your comments in your donation section of your recommended Disney Princesses.  http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/NicholasJacks

  • Santa Catalina Participants Experience

Santa Catalina Island International Program - an amazing summer experience just off shore of southern California.

The Santa Catalina Island participants will move back to the UK shortly and we have loved hearing their stories along the way, from zip lining, to watching American sports and making trips to Los Angeles.

The Santa Catalina Island summer program gives participants the opportunity to gain world class experience during their summer break from University. Participants on the Santa Catalina Island program can work in Food and Beverage or Hotel Operations. The program runs from June to September so there’s plenty of time to enjoy Island life, California, culture, sun and even travel the United States upon completion of the program.

The participants on the Santa Catalina Island program have experienced unique cultural activities during their time with the company. The SCICo Team scheduled many employee outings during the summer including hummer tours and trips to mainland California where participants could visit attractions such as Disneyland Resort, as well as experience American food and culture.  The SCICo Team ensure participants experience the American culture through a mixture of activities that enhance their international experience

  • Cultural day

Being an intern with Yummy Jobs has given me the opportunity to experience and explore London, the city that I adore. There are so many things to see, do and enjoy in London.

I went on a cultural day to gain insight into the British culture and I can now say that I have learned a lot about the Britain, in particular London. The British culture is different than I had expected, not everyone is eating fish&chips and drinking tea all the time.

  • Summer Work and Travel in Orlando

Take the opportunity to spend your summer off from university working in one of the world greatest Hotels of Loews.
