The iPad gives students a personalized learning environment that can be adapted to their individual needs and study requirements.  This new opportunity offers an exciting new step towards the creation of a fully interactive learning environment.  The iPads will not only replace textbooks, but will change the way that students engage with their studies.

Swiss Hotel Management School SHMS:

Can you believe just 20 years ago, SHMS had an inaugural class of just 17 students?  Now SHMS has grown to an educational institution with more than 500 graduates per year spread over 2 campuses and over 100 staff!

This year SHMS will be celebrating 20 years of Excellence and will hold an International Day on May 6 to start the celebrations that will continue throughout the year!

Hotel Institute Montreux HIM:

The hospitality industry is not about reading but about doing, and HIM takes this too heart and showed it in March when they took 5 students and competed in the International Wine Tasting Competition.   This competition involved blind tasting of wines as well as provides information on wine making, growing and the marriage of food & wine.   Congratulations to all the students involved.

We are back in the beautiful Breda, home to NHTV Breda – where eager students await the Central Michigan University & Disney International Programs presentation and their all important interview for a position on the Study and Work Abroad CMU J1 Academic Program. 17 excited students completed their interviews yesterday and have quite a unique degree program – Theme Park Management – very cool!

NHTV offers students the opportunity to join their Theme Park Management Degree Program with an opportunity to complete their internship somewhere around the world within the exciting Theme Park Industry. These students had been pre-selected by NHTV and again by Yummy Jobs before their final interview with Disney. Whilst the students were eagerly awaiting for their students, they enjoyed a cupcake and Stroopwaafel afternoon tea party – all organised by them. Yummy!
