The 12-month Cultural Representative Program is your ticket to an experience you'll remember for a lifetime. Yummy Jobs can organise a placement on this unique scheme which allows you to become part of the
Walt Disney World Resort team and share the authentic way of life with visitors to the
Walt Disney World
Resort.

Disney's Cultural Representative Program is your chance to work in a retail or food and beverage role at the very highest level. Yummy Jobs are the UK's exclusive recruiter for the coveted roles on this scheme, and we'll provide comprehensive advice to make your application as yummy as it can possibly be!

To give you a little more background on the Program, we'll let the team from Walt Disney World explain it in their own words...

“In the Cultural Representative Program, participants share their culture and customs with our Guests who visit from all over the world. To qualify for this program, participants must authentically represent one of the countries or regions we have recreated in look and feel at the Walt Disney World Resort.

“Participants in this program from the UK and Canada will work in Food and Beverage, Attractions, Kidcot, or Merchandise at one of the themed pavilions at Epcot's World Showcase.

“In this role, participants will have the opportunity to share the unique culture and customs of their country with Guests, while handling the specific position's traditional responsibilities. Participants selected to work in the World Showcase of Epcot will likely work in the pavilions created to represent their nation in both look and feel.”
