Jason Smith

Founder & CEO

Jason is the CEO and founder of Yummy Jobs. Having completed a Management Training Program at The Walt Disney World Resort several years ago, he is a hospitality expert. Jason is also a co-founder of the FLIGHT Hospitality Group

Hobbies - Vinyasa Hot Yoga, Cycling, Disney Marathon Training

Alexis Smith

Managing Director

Alexis handles Marketing, Client/Candidate Relations and all the rest! She has had her own experiences of a J1 Program in the USA in her 20’s and 2 internships in Italy. She is driven by the Cultural Exchange elements which really help candidates develop the social skills that will kick start their careers and the rest of their lives!

Luke Brisco

International Recruitment Manager

Luke joined the Yummy Family in 2015, after participating in two of our Summer Programs whilst at university (Disney Cultural Exchange Program, Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando). Luke now leads the recruitment for our Summer Work and Travel Programs in the USA.

Hobbies - Travelling, Fitness, Movies

Adam Smith

International Recruitment Manager

Adam has been with the Yummy Jobs team since 2015, and is now the Recruitment Manager for our Internship & Trainee programs in the USA. He has worked in the Tourism industry since a young age and is an Alumni of our Disney Academic Exchange Program where he worked in Merchandise, Operations & Character Performer for 12 months back in 2012/13.

Mark Lees

Recruitment & J1 Program Compliance Specialist

Mark joins the team having previously completed five separate USA work programs; including the Disney Cultural Representative Program and the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort Program. He currently looks after the recruitment for our Intern & Trainee programs alongside Adam.

Hobbies - Playing Football & Visiting Theme Parks

Interests - Football, Tennis, Xbox & Braveheart

Natalie Taylor

J1 Program Account Coordinator

After participating in the Disney Cultural Representative Program in 2013-2014, Natalie now looks after the recruitment for the Disney International Programs, alongside helping Luke with the Summer Work and Travel Programs in the USA. She is thrilled to now be working for the company who gave her the best year of her life in EPCOT!

Lucy-Ann Huskisson

J1 Program Account Coordinator

Having completed the Disney Cultural Representative Program in 2013 - 2014, as well as two previous J1 programs in the USA, Lucy-Ann now looks after our Disney Academic Exchange Program, as well as helping Adam and Mark out with our J1 Intern and Trainee programs. 

Hobbies - Writing, Photography, Reading and Travelling

Michele Harris

Background Check Coordinator

The legendary Michele has been with the Yummy Team since 2006! She takes care of all the processing for DBS background checks for all Yummy participants and our partners.

Hobbies - Entertaining, Healthy Eating, Cooking

Interests - Soap Operas (Emmerdale a fav!), Shopping, Spending time with family

Nickie Gordon

Swiss Education Group Academic Advisor

Nickie is the UK Academic Advisor for the Swiss Education Group, a Swiss Alliance of Hospitality Management Schools. SEG looks after 5 hospitality schools over 7 beautiful campuses, with a student body made up of 111 nationalities and 6,500 students.

Hobbies - Discovering new music, Collecting Coca Cola memorabilia

Interests - Anything to do with music, travel but most importantly my family

Jaye Kirby

Accounts and Finance

Jaye manages all the payments and accounts for Yummy participants.
