Bethany Beach Ocean Suites is a Residence Inn® by Marriott® property in Delaware, USA! This resort won the 2021 AAA Best of Housekeeping Hotel and the 2021 Trip Advisor Traveler's Choice Hotel!
For this program, we are hiring for a mixed hospitality program which means you will follow a unique training plan that encompasses both Food and Beverage and Rooms Divisions rotations.
On this program, we are hiring candidates to take part in a hospitality program which encompasses rotations in both the Rooms Division and F&B departments.
On the Rooms Division portion of your program you would follow a training program in some of the following rotations;
- Front Desk
- Hotel Concierge
- PBX Service
On the F&B portion of your program, you will follow a training program in some of the following locations;
- Server
- Runner
- Seater
- Greeter
The pay rate for this program is $15-17 USD per hour and you will be scheduled to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Applicants will be required to attend a pre-screen interview via video call with a member of the Yummy Jobs Team in order to be considered.
- If successful, applicants will be required to attend a final interview with the Bethany Beach HR team via video call.
