The Rooms Division Training Program provides university students and young professionals with the opportunity to train in the United States for a period of up to 12-months with The Westin, New Orleans.
On this Rooms Division program, you will perform the following rotations during your 12-month program;
Guest Services Agent
about the local area, attractions and events. He/she is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions for restaurants, attractions and events in the area.
compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger
transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
Service Express PBX Agent
while maintaining attentive, courteous and efficient customer service.

- Applicants will be required to attend a pre-screen interview via video call with a member of the Yummy Jobs Team in order to be considered.
- If successful, applicants will be required to attend a final interview with the Westin Team via video call.
