Yummy Jobs is an international hospitality recruitment company that specialises in placing exceptional candidates into some of the world's most respected and well-known hospitality companies. Participants on our Yummy Programs are able to work, study, live and travel abroad obtaining fantastic skills and experiences that set them on their way to an incredible hospitality career. We pride our company on working with some of the most respected names in the hospitality industry, including the Walt Disney World Resort, Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando Resort, Old Edwards Inn and Spa, The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, the Swiss Education Group and many more...
 
We offer three types of Programs for our candidates; The Disney International Programs, 6-12-month Hospitality Internships and Training Programs, and 3-month Summer/Winter Work and Travel Programs for university students during their summer breaks.
 
  • The Yummy Jobs Team are currently looking for three exceptional candidates to work as part of our team, assisting with the delivery of our Programs in the U.S.A.
  • As part of our team, you will be based at Yummy Jobs HQ in Epping, Essex
  • The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running as we approach one of our busiest recruitment periods

As a J1 International Recruiter with Yummy Jobs you will be expected to:
 
  • Become a focal point for recruitment for our J1 Programs
  • Develop and build upon our current relationships with schools and recruitment partners
  • Meet targets by generating interest in our Programs with a pro-active attitude and enthusiasm to plan recruitment events
  • Be flexible and open to frequent travel around the UK (possibly including weekends and evenings where required). You will become the main representative for Yummy Jobs at Careers Fairs, University Presentations and Recruitment Events
  • Develop a solid understanding of the business as a whole and work closely with the Yummy Jobs team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure positions are filled with the highest quality of applicants
  • Deliver presentations to large audiences and be comfortable speaking with students and high-level clients
  • Hold interviews on a daily basis either in person or via online tools
 
The ideal candidate for this role will hold the following skills and experience:
 
  • Previous experience in delivering presentations and speaking to large audiences
  • Previous experience in recruitment is desired although not necessary
  • Be pro-active, target driven and enthusiastic, with past experience of travelling independently
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across the organisation
  • Have an outgoing personality and a drive to learn new skills
  • Offer a high level of guest service and professionalism
  • You must be flexible and willing to work weekdays, weekends and various hours, as business demands. Early morning/late night travel during recruitment visits will be a common occurrence in this role
  • You must have an intermediate level of knowledge across all Microsoft Office applications
  • You must hold the right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Above all, be prepared to have fun and work hard!
 
What we can offer:
 
  • The Yummy Jobs Team will offer a competitive salary
  • The role is initially an 8-month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible. A review will take place at the 8-month period to determine a full-time permanent contract with us
  • The role will be based from the Yummy Jobs Head Office in Epping, Essex, UK
  • Your typical working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
  • You will be entitled to statutory holidays, pro rata

As a Visa Compliance Specialist with Yummy Jobs you will be expected to:
 
  • Become our focal point for the administration of our J1 Program visa applications
  • Have a solid understanding of the visa regulations for each of our Program opportunities
  • Work closely with the Yummy Jobs team and our partners to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Communicate with our applicants via phone and video call to guide them through the visa application process
  • Maintain close attention to detail in order to review and submit all candidate J1 visa application paperwork accurately and on-time
  • Be pro-active, task-oriented and organised whilst using your initiative to take ownership of administrative responsibilities
  • Manage incoming enquiries through email, website and phone
 
The ideal candidate for this role will hold the following skills and experience:
 
  • Previous administrative experience in a role which required close attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across the organisation, with candidates from various cultural backgrounds and with our range of clients at the highest level
  • Be pro-active, target driven and enthusiastic about travel
  • Be comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Have an outgoing and assertive personality with the drive to understand our business
  • Offer a high level of guest service and professionalism
  • You must be flexible and willing to work weekdays and various hours, as business demands.
  • You must have an intermediate level of knowledge across all Microsoft Office applications
  • You must hold the right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Above all, be prepared to have fun and work hard!
 
What we can offer:
 
  • The Yummy Jobs Team will offer a competitive hourly wage based on a 32 hour per week contract. Extra hours may be available dependant on business needs.
  • The role will be based from the Yummy Jobs Head Office in Epping, Essex, UK with the ability to work flexible hours and work from home as well as in the office
  • You will be entitled to statutory holidays, pro-rata

As a J1 Marketing Leader with Yummy Jobs you will be expected to:
 
  • Become our Yummy Branding Ambassador – the focal point for anything marketing and media related
  • Take the lead on our website by working closely with the Yummy Jobs team to ensure it remains up-to-date and accurate throughout the year
  • Have an entrepreneurial attitude towards growing the business and developing new business relationships
  • Take the lead on our digital marketing opportunities by driving our social media and ensuring all communications are consistent with the Yummy brand.
  • Possess the creative flair to produce and design attractive branded communications across all platforms (print, web and video content)
  • Manage a marketing budget and work to achieve goals within the set budget
  • Have the skills to manage our current web developer and possess the ability to source new opportunities which can improve the overall candidate experience on our website
  • Be flexible to assist in recruitment efforts
  • Write and edit copy for web and print
  • Be open to frequent travel around the UK and Europe for recruitment (possibly including weekends and evenings where required).
 
The ideal candidate for this role will hold the following skills and experience:
 
  • Previous experience in digital marketing with a solid understanding of digital platforms
  • Good knowledge of SEO and how to drive business online
  • A strong understanding of social media and the specific needs of our business in a professional environment
  • Past experience of negotiating business contracts desirable but not necessary
  • Be pro-active, target driven and enthusiastic to grow the business
  • Have an outgoing personality and a drive to learn new skills
  • You must have an intermediate level of knowledge across all Microsoft Office applications
  • You must hold the right to work in the United Kingdom
