Tailored training within either the Rooms Division or Food and Beverage Department of the breathtaking Boca Raton Resort and Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. Redefining luxury and fun in South Florida, Boca Raton is nestled in the Mediterranean inspired historic village and just a few steps from the stunning South Florida coastline.
 
This unique Management in Training opportunity will give participants an insight into either Rooms Division or Food and Beverage at its best, offering you a highly sought-after training experience along with the ability to share your culture and make friends for life.

On your internship with the Boca Raton Resort and Club, you will follow a tailored training program that will expose you to all areas of operations within your chosen department.
 
Participants on the Rooms Division MIT Program will follow rotations in Front Desk, Guest Services, Supervisory Housekeeping and more!
 
Participants on the Food & Beverage MIT Program will follow rotations in Fine Dining, Resort Dining, Events and Banqueting and more!
 
Program participants will be guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours per week and will be required to work full-time on their program. Participants wage will vary between tipped and non-tipped positions.

 

Participants on this program will be required to obtain a J-1 Intern or Trainee visa through Yummy Jobs and will be able to train for a period of time as outlined by Alisal. Upon completion of the program, participants will have up to 30 days to travel within the United States. Participants must then return to their home country upon completion of the program.

Housing for this program is provided by Yummy Jobs International.
 
Housing is university dorm-style accommodation and you will be required to share a room with one other candidate.
 
The distance from work is 0.8 miles and the recommended form of transportation is to walk.

INTERVIEWING PROCESS
  • Interviews with the Yummy Jobs Team will take place via Zoom/Skype.
  • If successful, applicants will be required to attend a final interview with the Waldorf Astoria HR Team via Zoom/Skype.
