Tailored training within either the Rooms Division, Food and Beverage or Accounts Analysis Department of the breathtaking Boca Raton. This unique Management in Training opportunity will give participants an insight into either Rooms Division, Food and Beverage or Account Analysis at its best, offering you a highly sought-after training experience along with the ability to share your culture and make friends for life.

On your internship with The Boca Raton, you will follow a tailored training program that will expose you to all areas of operations within your chosen department.
Participants on the Rooms Division MIT Program will follow rotations in:
Front Desk
Guest Services
Supervisory Housekeeping and more!
Participants on the Food & Beverage MIT Program will follow rotations in: 
Fine Dining
Resort Dining
Events and Banqueting and more!
Participants on the Accounts Analyst MIT Program will have duties in the following areas: 
Collect, process and maintain data related to Accounts / Executive Office revenue
Provide analysis of trends, demands and market conditions
Prepare and distribute regular reports using current data management systems
Blended opportunities with the Front Office department and more!
Program participants will be guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours per week and will be required to work full-time on their program. Participants wage will vary between tipped and non-tipped positions.

  • Housing for this program is pre-arranged by The Boca Raton
  • Housing is university dorm-style accommodation and you will be required to share a room with one other candidate.
  • Housing will be located within walking / cycling distance of the hotel
  • Accommodation costs will be $125 USD per week. This amount will be automatically payroll deducted 
  • You will be required to pay a security deposit of $100 USD at the start of your program
  • Interviews with the Yummy Jobs Team will take place via Zoom/Skype.
  • If successful, applicants will be required to attend a final interview with The Boca Raton HR Team via Zoom/Skype.
