PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Intern and Training Program provide university students and young professionals with the opportunity to train in the United States for a period of up to 12 months. This program provides a unique insight into the business practices that make the properties two of the most sought-after hospitality experiences in the United States of America.

During a Professional Internship with the Swan and Dolphin Resort, you will be provided with on-the-job exposure within Rooms Division. This will see you rotate through the following areas of the resort's operations:

Front Desk and Concierge
Resort Guest Services
PBX and Front Desk Back Office

Participants will be required to work full-time throughout the program and will be provided with a minimum of 32 hours of work each week. Participants will be paid an hourly wage of $18.00 USD per hour.

In addition to this unique training experience, participants are able to increase their knowledge of and exposure to American culture, traditions and society. From the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort to exploring everything Florida has to offer, this program will provide you with cultural exchange experiences as well as training that will set you up for future success in the industry worldwide. Being right in the heart of the Walt Disney World Resort will provide you access to world-class theme parks and entertainment experiences. Orlando is the entertainment capital of the world, and a perfect setting your unique cultural experience.
