Participants on the J-1 Cultural Exchange Program are immersed into a multicultural environment, spending their summer break from university learning from leaders at the Walt Disney World® Resort, a top hospitality and entertainment organization.

This is a 3-month program, with program dates running between June - August each year. Participants can spend their summer working in a variety of roles based across the Walt Disney World® Resort. In addition to this, participants are permitted to remain in the U.S for tourism for up to 30 days past the end of their program.

Cultural Representatives share their culture and customs with Guests while representing one of the countries or regions that have been recreated in look and feel at the Walt Disney World® Resort.

This is a 12-month program with various start dates throughout the year. Participants will be working in either Food and Beverage or Merchandise within the U.K Pavilion in EPCOT.

This unique and sought after experience sees international students spend 12-months working and learning at the Walt Disney World® Resort.

Academic Exchange Program participants take specialist Disney taught classes and earn academic credit from Central Michigan University, whilst gaining real-world training experience working in a variety of roles at the Walt Disney World® Resort. This program commences in July each year as part of a 12-month undergraduate placement year.
