For this program, we are looking for three core divisions:
  • Rooms Division - Pay $24/hour
  • Housekeeping Management Training - Pay $24/hour 
  • Food and Beverage Management Training - Pay $24/hour

  • Hands-on Experience: Directly manage, coordinate, and supervise the Food & Beverage operations, ensuring top-notch service.
  • Guest-Centric Approach: Emphasize unparalleled service by mastering the art of guest relations and ensuring the execution of food safety procedures.
  • Operational Mastery: Gain expertise in managing food, labour, and other controllable expenses to meet the hotel's profit objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and respectful work environment, providing constant coaching and guidance to the team.
  • Skill Enhancement: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Food, Wine, Inventory Management, and F&B cost maintenance.

  • Inventory Insights: Engage in hands-on inventory management, from uniforms to linens, ensuring the hotel's resources are always in tip-top shape.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with external contractors, department heads, and the Director of Housekeeping, fostering a harmonious work environment.

Participants in this program will be required to obtain a J-1 Intern or Trainee visa through Yummy Jobs and will be able to train for a period of time as outlined by The Pierre. Upon completion of the program, participants will have up to 30 days to travel within the United States. Participants must then return to their home country upon completion of the program.

Whilst taking part in this program the participant will be responsible for sourcing their own housing, we can provide resources on where to look. 
  • Applicants will be required to attend a pre-screen interview via video call with a member of the Yummy Jobs Team to be considered.​
  • If successful, applicants will be required to attend a final interview with The Pierre HR Team via video call.
