The Old Edwards Inn Culinary Training Program provides university students and young professionals with the opportunity to train alongside very talented chefs for a period of up to 12-months.

A Scholarship fund is available to sponsor Program Fees for selected  applicants, providing access to a AAA Four Diamond property, and a unique insight into business practices that make Old Edwards Inn & Spa winner of several accolades and awards which include;

During a Culinary Internship with Old Edwards Inn, you will be provided with on-the-job exposure in the following rotations:
  • Grill Station/Hot Line
  • Kitchen Leadership/Purchasing/Storeroom
  • Pastry Operations
  • Garde Manager
Program participants will earn $15.00 USD per hour and will be scheduled a minimum of 32 hours work per week.
 
 
Fully-furnished housing is provided by Old Edwards Inn and Spa and will cost $150.00 USD per week (automatic payroll deduction). Participants will be required to share a room with one other person on the program, and housing is located a short walking distance from your work location. Upon arrival into the USA, you will be greeted by a member of the Old Edwards Inn and Spa team and transported to your housing.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
  • Applicants will be required to attend a pre-screen interview via video call with a member of the Yummy Jobs Team in order to be considered.​
  • If successful, applicants will be required to attend a final interview with the Old Edwards Inn & Spa HR Team via video call.
