As an Intern with 50 Eggs, you could  be placed at one of 5 forward thinking restaurant concepts which are located in some of the most iconic US hotspots; Miami, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Dallas and coming soon to Washington DC.
 
CHICA, by Chef Lorena Garcia, within The Venetian in Las Vegas and heart of Miami delivers the robust and vibrant flavors of Latin cuisine throughout the food and beverage offerings combined with a lively weekend brunch and a seductive nightlife vibe.
 
Spring Chicken in Miami is a new kind of eatery. Fresh, wholesome Southern American home cooking matched with a casual, laid back environment.
 
Yardbird Southern Table and Bar - Offering the freshest, most inventive takes on regional Southern fare in a comfortable and welcoming setting, while creating a new standard for service and hospitality. Only the highest quality seasonal produce, meats and ingredients, sourcing locally as well as from farms and purveyors throughout the American South. Operations are located in The Venetian Las Vegas, Dallas, Miami Beach, LA and Singapore.
 
Spritz Restaurant and Bar is a beautiful new restaurant located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The Venetian Resort’s Italian Riviera-inspired pool deck serves as the backdrop for the chef-driven cuisine and genuine hospitality offered. 
 
Operators, culinarians, service industry professionals and sales & marketing mavens alike join 50 Eggs for a career, not a job. Right at the centre of the social scene in the key US cities, they are the places to be seen.  Well known and awarded for the best food, cocktails and music,  you will learn all the elements to making a success of running a very busy front of house operation; from breakfast all the way through to the party scene in the early hours.
 
Right at the heart of kitchens stands a team of award-winning culinary talent whose chefs collaboratively serve up consistently exceptional fare across several styles of cuisine. Select locations are also music venues which attract top names. What else would you expect in the iconic Venetian hotel in Las Vegas?
 
Offering a training ground like no other, the 50 Eggs Hospitality Group prides itself on the development of future leaders and provides the hands-on experience necessary for anyone who strives for a successful Front of House management career.

So, why '50 Eggs'?
In the late 1960’s film classic Cool Hand Luke, Paul Newman’s devil-may-care attitude lands him in a Florida jail for cutting off the heads of parking meters. Outnumbered, Newman is dared by his cellmates to eat 50 hard-boiled eggs in an hour. Fueled by his stubborn instincts and unwillingness to conform, Newman trumps his naysayers and defies all odds – proving that he can accomplish anything he sets his mind to.

The Executive Team is proudly composed of a versatile task force of experts focused on company culture, guest service excellence, food and beverage management, training and development programs, and strong sales practices; a set of ingredients that set them apart from the rest.
 

INTERVIEWING PROCESS
  • Applicants will be required to attend a pre-screen interview via Skype with a member of the Yummy Jobs Team.
  • If successful, applicants will then be required to attend a final interview with the 50 Eggs Team.
